Step 1 – Assessment Invitation

Participants receive an individual assessment link via email.

Step 2 – Online Completion

Employees complete the questionnaire online in approximately 30–45 minutes.

Participants respond to statements describing typical behaviours, attitudes, and preferences. There are no right or wrong answers, and honest responding is encouraged to ensure an accurate personality profile.

Step 3 – Report Generation

Upon completion, a professional report is prepared and submitted directly to the organisation’s designated Point of Contact (POC).
