Retainer Counselling Services and Crisis Response Psychological First Aid
Having a mental health clinician coming down to an organisation once a week can facilitate the convenience of our corporate clients. The organisation will provide a suitable counselling room to Rogerian Psychology Singapore who will assign a qualified mental health clinician to be stationed on-site for the duration of eight hours. Employees may make an appointment with the clinician for a session on-site during office hour.
Workshops, Seminars, Lunch Time Talks, and Training Programmes
Customised workshops will be facilitated by professionals from Rogerian Psychology Singapore to equip participants with techniques and skills. Crisis Counselling Hotline and Email
For employee who faced urgent critical life crisis, initial counselling consultations via phone calls or emails may be necessary. The assigned mental health clinician will provide the necessary help for the de-escalation of the employee’s issue. The employee would then be referred for a regular counselling session or other avenues of assistance and support.
The crisis counselling hotline and email is available 24/7 to provide brief intervention for struggling employees.
Mini Mental Health Checks

How Does a Mini Mental Health Check Work?
1 test + 15 min phone consult + written recommendations
The Mini Mental Health Check starts with an initial screening test to assess your employee’s level of depression, anxiety and stress and is followed by a 15-minute phone consultation with one of Rogerian Psychology Singapore’s registered psychologists.
At the end of the consultation, a written report summary will be sent to the employee, including their test results and recommendations for their way forward.
Companies in Rogerian Psychology’s EAP programme can purchase one or more Mental Health Checks service. When you purchase one or more mini mental health checks, our reception will contact you immediately to confirm the order.

How does our EAP package work?
Our EAP package is flexible – meaning you only need to sign up for items that you need and pay only for services that you use.
Minimum contract period with EAP is typically a 1-year contract for standard package or 2-year contract for customised package.
