Psychologist/Counsellor (Locum/Freelance):

Job Description

Looking for a qualified clinical psychologist / psychologist / counsellor to join our team as a locum to provide counselling / psychotherapy / psychological testing / behavioral intervention.


1. Full registration or at least provisionally registered with SAC/SPS/other respectable professional bodies.
2. Preferably at least 1 year of face to face independent client contact experience.
3. Couples experience will be ideal.
4. At least a Master degree in Applied Psychology or Counselling related.
5. You need to be in Singapore, at the moment we are not able to sponsor any passes due to Covid-19 situation.

*We do take in interns and provide supervision, but it is unpaid.

Centre Manager (Full-Time):

Job Description

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Build strong branding and marketing presence
  • Control budgets and optimize expenses
  • Ensure employees are motivated and productive
  • Regular consultation with the General Manager
  • Knowledge of mental wellness industry

Job Tasks:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set policies and processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for director
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations and COVID-19 guidelines
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)


  • Previous similar or relevant experience
  • Strong marketing and branding knowledge and application
  • Past marketing and branding experience will be advantageous
  • Knowledge in planning and budgeting
  • Some knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Diploma or Degree in Business


This is a performance based role, in addition to your base salary and other standard benefits, you will also qualify for the following:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
  • Profit sharing component pegged at 20% of annual profit

Contract length: 6 months

Expected Start Date: 01/11/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $2,200.00 – $5,000.00 per month (Basic depending on experience and competence)
