Understand Your Workforce Through Evidence-Based Personality Assessment
The NEO Personality Inventory–3 (NEO PI-3) is one of the world’s most extensively researched personality assessments and is widely utilised in organisational, leadership, coaching, and talent development settings. Grounded in the Five-Factor Model (FFM) of personality, the NEO PI-3 provides an in-depth evaluation of five broad personality dimensions:
- Neuroticism – Emotional stability, stress tolerance, and resilience.
- Extraversion – Sociability, assertiveness, energy, and engagement.
- Openness to Experience – Creativity, adaptability, innovation, and receptiveness to new ideas.
- Agreeableness – Cooperation, empathy, trust, and interpersonal sensitivity.
- Conscientiousness – Reliability, organisation, discipline, and goal orientation.
In addition to these five domains, the NEO PI-3 measures 30 specific personality facets, offering organisations detailed insights into behavioural patterns, leadership tendencies, communication styles, and workplace preferences.
